**We are not responsible for a package that is lost or damaged in transit. Once it leaves the workshop, it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. However, Alluvium will help you out with the USPS people along the way by
providing tracking information, so… no worries! Just keep an eye on your inbox.
**It should take 3-5 business days for your items to be created and readied for shipping (or up to 2 weeks during a busy season, i.e. holidays).
**Due to the nature of the clay, once a project begins to set, there can be no backsteps, and thus there are no returns. You will receive a proof via email to 'OK' items right before they are fired up to be sure you are happy with the
product before it becomes final. Again, there can be no cancellations or modifications of your order once it is past the wet clay stage (that is, once Alluvium receives your response to our email containing images of your unique gift in
its still-pliable stage.) We will hold shipping until given the "go."
**Among the many things Alluvium can produce, there is no place for requests with inappropriate content, and we will not accept them (such as those containing or related to sexual situations, swearing, racism or violence).
I aim to keep this business open to anyone seeking a special gift, including not only couples, but families and children, too.
**Sorry for the inconvenience but at the moment we only ship within the Contiguous United States (48 states, i.e. not including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.) Yes, we are working to expand this in the future!)
